Identification

  • As per Government of India regulations, all Indian and foreign nationals must present valid identification at the time of check-in.
  • Valid IDs for Indian Nationals: Voter ID, Driving License, or Aadhaar div.
  • Valid IDs for Foreign Nationals: Passport and Visa.
  • All documents must include a photograph. Guests failing to provide valid ID proof will not be allowed to check-in, and the company will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the same.

Hotel Policies

  • Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs | check-out time: 11:00 hrs.
  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Hotels may provide extra beds/rollaway mattresses depending on availability.
  • Meals included in the package will be on a buffet/fixed menu basis. Items outside the set menu will be charged extra.
  • Some hotels may apply a meal credit policy during low occupancy, where clients will need to pay directly for expenses exceeding the credit limit.

Rates & Bookings

  • Rates are based on current negotiations with suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.) and may change without notice. Any such changes will be applied to the booking.
  • All bookings are subject to standard hotel policies unless specified otherwise in the itinerary.

Vehicle Use & Transport

  • In case of a major vehicle breakdown, the company will provide a replacement. For minor issues, guest cooperation is expected.
  • AC may not function in hill areas or stationary vehicles. Driving in some hilly regions is restricted after sunset.
  • Drivers will not enter no-entry zones, narrow streets, or traffic-restricted roads.
  • Pick-up/drop-off points will be fixed in advance. Extra pick/drop services will incur additional charges.
  • Vehicles are provided for point-to-point transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary. Any extra transfers or sightseeing must be requested in advance and will be chargeable.
  • At many hill stations, entry of tourist vehicles is restricted near mall roads/shopping areas. Guests must arrange local transport at their own cost.
  • Parking may be located away from sightseeing points. Guests must walk or arrange alternate transport at their expense.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • The company is not responsible for loss/theft/damage of guest belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
  • We shall not be liable for delays, alterations, or expenses arising from natural hazards, accidents, weather, strikes, political closures, transport breakdowns, sickness, epidemics, or any causes beyond our control.
  • Guests travel at their own risk. The company does not provide travel/medical insurance. Clients are advised to arrange their own insurance.

Payment Policy

  • 50% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
  • Balance 50% (full payment) must be made one day prior to departure.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure or “No Show” will receive no refund.
  • During long weekends, Christmas, and New Year (20 Dec – 05 Jan), all bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations 46+ days before departure: 10% penalty.
  • Cancellations 45–31 days before departure: 25% penalty.
  • Cancellations 30–15 days before departure: 50% penalty.
  • Cancellations 14 days or less before departure: 100% penalty.
  • Unused services are non-refundable.
  • Wildlife Safari bookings are strictly non-refundable.
  • Date changes will also be treated as cancellations.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds/cancellations for hotels, trains, or flights will follow the respective supplier’s policy.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal matters relating to the company’s services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand (India).
